The one star is for the only good item, their Packer jersey cookies in the fall...it's a nice shortbread type cookie with cute decor. But the rest of their items are terrible. We'll start with their cupcakes: the cake is dry and tasteless and has the texture of a week old cake, the frosting has even less taste and is simply slimy. Then their French Macarons lack any real filing. The filling should be enough so that its visible on the sides and each bite has both the cookie and the filing. Theirs was hardly a dot in the middle to keep the two sides together. I've tried a few other cookies and again just felt they lacked something. I've tried and tried again but this sweet treat connoisseur will stay loyal to Alpha Delights in De Pere.
